Neal Shulman, the owner selling this Jeep

I'm Neal, and this is my Jeep.

This is a private sale, so you talk directly with me instead of a dealership. My rent went up in San Francisco, so I'm cutting back on expenses and selling my Jeep. I've owned it since 2019, and I'll show you the CARFAX, the receipts, and every known flaw before you decide. No pressure and no games. Come see it, then make a reasonable offer.

Smog passed and recent repairs

  • The Jeep failed a California Smog Check on July 7, 2026 during the functional OBD inspection. The visual inspection, liquid-fuel-leak check, and smoke check passed.
  • The inspection recorded P0456, a very small EVAP-system leak, and P06DD, an engine-oil-pressure-control fault. EVAP and EGR/VVT readiness monitors were not ready.
  • On July 23, 2026, I had a documented $1,801.36 repair completed to address an engine-oil-cooler / oil-filter-housing leak and associated oil-pressure components.
  • The work included the oil-filter housing, intake-manifold gasket set, water-temperature sensor, oil-pressure sender, coolant, oil and filter service, inspection, and engine-bay cleaning.
  • On September 3, 2026, Masonic Smog Repair diagnosed the remaining EVAP leak as a faulty gas cap. I paid $43 for the replacement gas cap.
  • The Jeep officially passed its California Smog Check on September 3, 2026, and the check-engine light is off.
